After obtaining a Master in Business Law (MBA) since the 2000s, Maeva worked for eleven years as a lawyer in the French Polynesian government (Papeete), she worked directly for the office of the president and in the service of international relations. Arriving in North America in 2014, she obtained her law equivalency from the Université de Montréal before graduating from the Barreau du Quebec.
Maeva’s strong sense of detail and organization led her to specialize in company law. Her personal history and Polynesian origins led her to choose a second specialty: the law of immigrants
